finally no BDA Clark , probably cause he was directing the epi..it acutally is like a real SV epi should be..TW should direct more epis...I think season 8 is going to be the best one yet !!

I'm sorry...I'm just thrilled that the Man Who Will Be Superman just put the fate of the world over the fate of one person. Even though you know how much she means to him. That's very Superman-ly to me. And every time I think about it, I think..."Wow. They actually got that right."

I think that Superman would make that decision, no matter whose life was at stake. And I'm really, really, REALLY glad that Smallville finally showed Clark doing the same.

Man in black robes. Kinda monk looking.

"To walk the Earth knowing you serve a greater purpose?" (Monk talking)

Shot of Clark in the FoS.

Monk's voice: "To be a god?"

Shot of what looks like an angel's face (from a stone statute)

Shot of the car coming through the window and Clark catching it, Chloe's face pressed to his chest (from "Vessel")

And then it cuts off...but to my recollection, it then pans back to the monk.

"I've waited a long time for this moment. To meet the Traveller."

And then there's a shot of Clark, looking...um...focussed, I think (from recollection).

And then a shot of Lex, I think. (I remember when I watched it that the light from the stained glass window was shining on his face and he looked...surprised? Was he wearing white in that scene? Grr...can't remember!)

Sorry, it always cuts off the last few seconds of the preview, and when it picked up for Supernatural, it was on "Next week. On Smallville."

Okay, I had to pause that a million times to get it, and every time it stopped the recording for me and I had to go back to the main screen and almost deleted it. *grumpy* I hate the setup of this thing. If I'd accidentally deleted this episode I would have been livid! Sorry I couldn't get you the end!

AU Lois is the REAL Lois!!!! She acts like she should be acting!! :)


when she's older yes she should be acting like that, but as a teenager/young adult she's more likely to resemble her army brat days with a few reporter traits which is DC's new background story for her since the late 80's....she's in the future in this eppy and so is now fully iconic with just a hint of her army days

What an amazing episode directed by Tom Welling! I would love for him to become involved with directing after Smallville ends..he would make a great one!
