Do you guys think that Clark is going to fly this season? I really don't know, I hope so!!!!!!

Especially since that no flights/no tights rule originated with Gough/Millar

I doubt it .. Im sure he'll find some door in fos or something ...

I hope that doesn't happen! I don't want him to find a gateway from earth to krypton. I really think he is going to fly to space. Jor-el might tell him how to open that time portal so he can go through it and save Kara and himself from Brainiac.

I can't wait till next week!!

He was wearing glasses in the upcoming promo for Apocolyspe. That's one anvil, maybe we will see him in Artic fly out of the FOS. I hope so Kevin24!

He was wearing glasses in the early seasons too. That episode where he went blind.

I dont think so...I think the writers have made it obvious that we will never see Clark fly in smallville.

Unfortunately, I don't think he will fly. At least not this season, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that he may fly next season.
If Clark goes to Krypton (and I'm really hope he does), I think he will most likely hitch a ride from Martian Manhunter to get there. Either that or there is still a portal left somewhere, even though they said that all portals were destroyed. But then again a "regular" portal wouldn't send him back in time would it, so it would have to be a special portal.

[Mod Note:] In the future, please title all new threads, accordingly,
(i.e. "Do you think Clark will really fly this season?)

Thanks! ;)

I think he might fly this season, but if he does, it won't be until the season finale. He'll definitely fly before the show is over, but since everyone else from Krypton has been able to fly already, I think it's likely he'll be flying all over the place in season 8. Whether it's this season or next that he gets his flying skills remains to be seen.
On Lois & Clark his mom mentioned once that he learned to fly at 18, & he's already 20 or 21, so it's high time to fly high!

I say absolutely positively without a doubt.... Maybe.

With the new folks running the show, more than likely in the final season.
But I hope they will before this season ends.

well I'm assuming not with the whole "No flights, No tights" deal..maybe we'll see Kal again and he'll fly.

OHHHHH maybe he will let Jor-el reprogram him the same way it happened in Crusade!!!!

OHHHH!!!!!! that could happen , he becomes Kal-el and travels to krypton!!!!

I can definitely see Clark flying by season's end, perhaps the closing cliffhanging scene in Artic. They were building it up from the first episode this season, so it wouldn't make sense to not have Clark fly after all the hype.

:rolleyes:I donīt think he ies by the end of this season, he already had the chance to learn to fly in "veritas", when Kara tried to teach him for that way helping to find and defeat Brainiac. And what did he do? He didn even want to make the effort!, and as a consecuense, he not only didnīt help at all, but he couldnīt even fight Brainiac and Kara had to sacrifice because of Lana and Clarkīs hapiness., poor Kara, she had to pay the consequences of Clarkīs mistakes.:(, and the worst is that she even blamed herself for that!, itīs sad she has the same defect of Clark and she starts to balme herself for anotherīs faults too., I think Kara is the victim.

He has to fly or else he won't become superman.

The whole "no flights, no tights" rule was out the window with "Crusade"; the final nail in its coffin was having "Zod", Bizarro, Kara, etc. flying. The rule shouldn't apply only to Clark. They're really making him appear developmentally disabled. Maybe he inherited this disability from Lara, since she was never shown flying, but she really didn't do much of anything - wait a minute...like mother like son?
