The first time Lana meets her biological father Henry Small and tells him that she co-manages the Talon, Henry remarks that he will never set foot in the coffee shop because it is owned by a Luthor. Lana responds that she and Lex are partners together, and then Henry remarks by saying "That's what the Nazis told the Prussians."

Basically, Henry was noting that just as the Prussians were supposed to be allies with the Nazis but eventually were taken control of and destroyed by the Nazis, the same thing could happen to Lana by being business partners with Lex.

As we all know, this is exactly what happens to her last season. Obviously the only thing in common that Lana and Lex used to have together was co-owning the Talon, but that eventually involved into a manipulative relationship where in a lot of ways Lex destroyed her.

Lana should have listened to Henry! :)
