Fall looked pretty bad. I would have rather just seen him go out the window.

Clark warming up Lois and Jimmy in the freezer with his heat vision was amazing! It looked so good.

The heat vision was awesome. It really served to show that Clark is continuing to master his abilities, which was great to see in his progression. Thanks, Desiree Atkins. :)
Also, the super-hearing was great. He got to a silent place where he could focus, tuned everything out and listened for what he needed. It reminded me a lot of when he tunes in in Superman Returns. That was a great way to show that he is progressing in mastering his hearing as well. The effects did really well in making this look good.

Before that scene, when Clark does his super-hearing, it's pretty awesome, building up to it.

it was all great as always!!!!!!!!!
I don't know about always... I mean, I think in the last few seasons they have come far from the effects quality of the first two seasons. For instance, I never thought that the beam of light going through Clark when he put the key in the wall in 'Rosetta' was very well done.

I agree with all the heat vision was amazing, as well as the super hearing. I am glad budget has allowed them to put these things in this episode.

Showing how Clark is starting master his abilities was awesome. Especially the heat vision in the freezer. It shows us that he can now use his heat vision for protecting people, rather than just vaporising things...very Superman-like.

I think that was the best job ever done on the heat vision! I was thinking, "How is Clark going to save them without them knowing about his superpowers?" & he did it perfectly!

Lionel's fall was somewhat mediocre to the heat vision effect. But it definitely could have been worse. I did like how they showed the reflection of it in Lex's eye though.

Lionel's fall being reflected in Lex's green eye was Awesome! Also the visual effects after Lex identified the body were intense! Clark controlling his heat vision surprised me! I thought, he's going to burn them up! LOL
That one with heat vision clark are getting more closer to control his abilities like the real Superman , knowing how to warm up humans so great!

The fall was great with the way it was captured in Lex's eye. Heat vision was cool as well, with the way he was able to control it.

The heat vision, as everyone has said was great.
I also like the visual effects after Lionel identified Lionels body, the way Alexander was there on the steps.
Also the way he sun shone down on Clark when he was left standing by Lionels grave at the end.

Does anyone know where I could find a kryptonian matrix screensaver like Lionel left for clark or like the one form Dr. Swan?
