Ive seen the episode, and if I may be allowed to use a phrase from Battlestar Galactica, HOLY FRAK!

Its easily one of the top five greatest episodes of Smallville....ever. This is a huge night for Smallville fans, cause this episode is one of the best. There are so many elements in this episode that will remind you and affirm why youve been a Smallville fan all these years, why youve kept up with every episode through the good and the bad.

I still hold that Smallville is up there with the very best TV shows on television. I like it not quite as much as The Sopranos, as much as Battlestar, more than Lost, and way more than just about anything else on the tube. This episode affirmed for me why I hold this show in such high esteem. It was simply fantastic. Im still picking up my jaw from the floor.

But they were still supposed to be signed as regulars for Season 2 (Eric Johnson) and Season 6 (John Schneider) for at least 13 episodes for the next season and they didn't get that time.
