If you noticed my change in avatar recently after mentioning "Smile Time" in another thread, than you may have seen this eventually coming. This is an episode that I did not think I would like at all and now it is one of my favorite episodes. Joss Whedon really knows how to set you up with a really fun episode and then make a very grim, dark episode like "A Hole in the World" as the next episode.
Here is a compilation of snippets that someone posted on Youtube. Left out some great stuff, but it's better than nothing :):

Horatio: Honk!
Grufus: Horatio’s right man. This Angel cat must've been the dude that broke into the "Don’t" room last night.
Horatio: Honk!
Grufus: That’s what I'm sayin', he messed with the nest eggs.
Polo: Stupid jackass. Might as well walk into a nuclear reactor and lick the core!
That Horatio Hornblower (I realize its an allusion to another character of that name) looked like a combination of Grimace and the Philadelphia Philly or something lol.

i loved this episode... just so so so so funny
the look on James Marsters face when Spike sees puppet Angel for the first time is classic! and tbh, while it was one of the funnier episodes, i aslo found it one of the creepier aswell
the kids faces where disturbing, and that bit where the puppet has his hand up the guys back was really gross

Yeah those were two disturbing parts for me too. But just the whole idea of puppets being inhabited my demons was hilarious.

Spike: You're a wee little puppet-man!
I love this episode! They did such a good job with the puppet and the puppeteers were top notch on this one. Perhaps my favorite line was Lorne after Angel had been torn up by Werewolf Nina.
Lorne: Medic!!! Is there a Gepetto in the house?!
LOL Classic!!!

A few of my favourite moments
Fred: OMG! Angel your... cute!
Angel: Fred, don't *turns away*
Fred: oh, but the little hands! and the hair *plays with his hair*
Angel: *pulling away* hey! you're fired!
-------------
Lorne: maybe some kind of puppet... cancer?
Angel: I DO NOT HAVE PUPPET CANCER!
-------------
Nina: Are... are you okay?
Angel: I'm made of felt... *takes off nose* and my nose comes off.
