Jason Dante died in a horrific car crash that obviously rattled Pete & Clark.
She was later on involved with the evil cheerleaders in Devoted, but as later seen in Unsafe (at the beginning when she approached Clark in what seemed like a normal way) she turned out good.
She was exposed by Lois as part of the evil cheerleader group.

Tobias? He was promised a cornea transplant by Lex. He was "lucky" because he's one of the few meteor freaks who escaped Lex's grasp. The sensation he felt was when he took his sunglasses off and could see the aura of people with meteor powers. Indirectly (although not willingly) he was involved in the coverup of 33.1. That's my best guess based on the information available.

he obviously died and patricia swann made it clear that she thinks lionel is behind it.
I can't think of this clue, but It may be him.

If Lex had taken Clark's advise and gotten help from another professional Lionel's maneuvering with the doctor might have been avoided. (But then, Lex was drugged by Lionel to make him seem crazy.)

Then we get see Jennifer up close in Insurgence (played by Eileen Pedde). She resented Lana for taking all Henry's attention, and she turned to her lawyer friend (who Lana assumed she was cheating with) to draw up divorce papers.

I think I might have it. I think it is Lana's partner in Jordan's first vision in Hereafter, when Jordan touches Lana's hand at the drink stand at the running track. The vision shows Lana's aged partner in a red cardigan holding the hand of an old Lana as she peacefully dies in bed. He saw her necklace with the crystal that was once the green meteor fragment that repelled Clark in season 1. In the vision it is clear (courtesy of Clark's spaceship "nuetralizing" it in Visage"), so the partner was seeing it in its transformed state.
