The person I was after was the LuthorCorp security guard that Black Canary hit in the neck with her double-bladed boomerang thing in the opening teaser of Odyssey. After her scream she spins around and hurls that thing and cuts down the guard. A number of internet references claim that as a death as well as the next guard who is taken down by a Green Arrow taser arrow, although we've seen that not kill people in episodes such as Bulletproof.
