Back in the episode "Kara" when Clark was in the fortress Jor-El was talking to Clark about Kara and he said "She poses a greater threat than you believe". Did Jor-El know the stuff with Kara and Brainiac would happen?

I don't think that's what he meant by that. :o

This is what I thought he was saying. He probably still was at opposite ends with Zor-El and since Kara was Zor-El's daughter, she would pose a threat to Clark just as Zor-El posed a threat to Jor-El and Lara.

If Jor-El was referencing the Kara/Brainiac scenario from "Veritas", then either Kara can self-destruct or do something which can kill/potentially harm something important. He should have said something about her having more power than what's seen on the outside.

That's what I think at least. I may be wrong.

I think that was from his memory based on what the real Jor-El knew about his brother in the past. His brother had many evil intents, so Jor-El probably assumed Kara would bring about danger.

You have a point there. Since Zor-El is evil, Jor-El might think that Zor-El's evilness could rub off on her and she might have a meanstreak to..
