well, here, we write it month/day/year, so that makes it december 2nd, 2008.

but either way, the year shouldn't of been 2008, since they said he started construction around the same time he found out Clarks secret, which was in season 5 (2005-2006)

Forgive me HalJordan if I'm misunderstanding you. Especially if it's the water and power work order, though, it would be written using the American system of dating, which would make the date on the form December 2, 2008.

Actually the US Military writes the date similar too....It would be 02DEC08...I was in the Navy

Most countries except the US write dates that way, including Japan and Europe. It's kinda like the metric system for dates.
