Is Lex's assistant in love with him? I think she kind of hinted to him that she was.

I also got the feeling that she may have a crush on him. For some reason, when she said that 'sometimes the things we're looking for are right in front of us,' I thought she was referring to herself.

It's so random and romance is the farthest thing from Lex's mind right now, I'm sure. Yet, the way she delivered the line seemed to carry double meaning.

Yeah I don't anything will necessarily happen either, but the thought did cross my mind as well. It's just the way she said it, it wasn't in a strictly business sort of way. But it wasn't in an all out "I love you so much" sort of way either.

And she just acts like she's up to no good (I know she is if she's with Lex) but I can't tell if she really is on Lex's side or maybe she's a spy for someone....who knows........

I thought so, too. I was reminded of the movie, No Way Out with Kevin Costner and Gene Hackman. Hackman's character was Sec of Defense, IIRC, and he had this assistant who worshipped him. Better yet, the assistant was a guy. Sometimes I think the writers leave these little avenues just in case they need additional story lines. Well, Lex is getting pretty evil nowadays. Which makes him kinda 2-D and boring. So, I vote yes. They've planted this just in case they need a ship for Lex.

Yeah, I get the Mercy Graves vibe from her, too. And so I do think they're setting it up that she has a crush on him. I think she'll play a part in Lex's story by the end of the season.

I thought she was hinting about liking lex, but in other scenes, I felt she was up to something.... it was like she was undercover. Kept waiting for her to whip the glasses off, rip the sleeves off her suit and become this seductress, like from an old shampoo commerical.......Just feel that she is working for someone else or herself.

She does seem to me too old to be mercy but to young to be mercy's mother and Hope was supposed to be a sister but they worked together. Maybe Aunt and Niece would be good. But I do like her.. They've (the writers) have never even said her name yet..

i think she's Mercy Graves. They definetly hinted at her having feelings for Lex when she said that remark about what you've really wanted being right in front of you. She might be Lex's longest running assistant too.

She bugs me for some reason. I don't hate her, but she's just...I don't know. I know she's NOT Mercy. Mercy's supposed to be confident, tough, quick, a general bad-a*s. This doesn't fit the Mercy profile at all. I also didn't pick up the love thing, but who knows.

I havent read any spoilers online just the advertisments on tv.... My first opinon of her was that she was going to die in the next episodes to come. So far she has lasted longer than my expectations.
