When he was considering flying - she came up behind him as if to help. He stopped and turned like - What the? BACK OFF! :rotfl: :D  :p
Good way to keep SUPERMAN seperate from the invading character SUPERGIRL. :D

The scene, was kind of embarassing, for CK actually.
Lana under the control of Brainiac put it best....*Kal-el....you're too late Kal-el*......
Got me thinking, he's 3 years too late.:(

It would have been great if she would've pushed him. Even if he couldn't fly, and he crashed and made a hole in the ground, that would've been too funny.

Kind of, I think it will depend on the manner in which they "film" some of the remaining episodes. If they put WB film depatment on the projects - it will be better than motion pictures!
The one thing I didn't like - Kara said "up, up and away"!
DAMN the Producers and Writers! They GAVE HER SUPERMAN'S line!
It was bad enough they made her the one to name Kal-El.

She was so cute in that scene! I'm sure Clark's manly ego was a little bruised when his tiny cousin came up and pushed his shoulder. I agree Curiosity, I thought for a second she may just throw him and see what happend.

I thought that was cute to have Kara coming up behind him, but Clark was so rude to her...geez.

^ I loved it - the rude part. Superman isn't some little sissy boy.

I agree she was adorable in that scene, when he looked back at her and she had that expression on her face like "what?" :D

If the writers think that we the fans are too harsh and just wine and complain about he flying issue, they are wrong. This fan would have been really happy with a simple little jump, or a fall or anything. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE FLYING!!!! I just want to see him try. At least. *stomping feet*

I didn't think he was rude at all...this was actually the first scene they seemed very cute together, and relaxed. Almost like....I dont know, cousins!!.. They have always seemed pretty distant....and the way she taps his arm, and he looks back like "thanks...but I've got this." It was all just very cute!

I thought they were both adorable in the scene, and the bouncing ideas off each other about Brainac's power supply.

Agreed - wholeheartedly! Especially since CW promoted the show as "Kara teaches Clark to fly". WTF? Maybe it should have been, "Kara gives Clark a reason to think that maybe he should consider learning to fly", but I guess that's too long for a promo.

We need Clark to say - "Okay, step back - waaaay back. I'll give this a shot. **BOOOM!** Launches off the ground like a run away rocket. Kara being thrown into through the barn door.

Yes, in an ideal world Clark would have shot off, and left Kara in the dust. But seeing as he's being a little fart....and wont even try, I will take cute for now.

that's good, right ? :p;)In a game of chess, yes - it is the best possible move. In a figure of speech - meant that you countered my remarks with something more substantial - in favor of your comment. At least he's starting to come out of the sissy phase. :p ;)

I thought they were both cute and funny. I love the look, Clark gave her when he said that's not helping. Thought he was at least supposed to have a Falling lesson. Maybe they cut it.:/

Chloe has said the "up, up and away" line back in S5 in that "vampire's" episode.

That scene was great. It was the only levity in the darkest most depressing SV episode I've ever seen. Yeah Clark was being wimpy but I guess that's just the way he is on this show. After all he won't be the Superman we know until he trains in the Fortress for ten years.

Loved it? I hated it. If Clark wants to remain Earthbound, then be my guest. Yet I did love Kara's tries to get him to fly. Her face was just so lovely during that scene!

Same here. I wanted to see him fall at least ONE TIME. I just loved the scene between them though, it was great.

Clark was so embarassing in that scene. I was actually hoping Kara would push him out the barn and let him fall flat on his face.
