Something most likely to do with the bracelet. I mean he looked down at it with a strange look.

Like Mar-El said in another thread, if Brainiac was trying to recreate the whole Kryptonian race, then it explains what the "Interactive" means in his name. :rotfl:

Yeah, it's probably something like that. I guess they're trying to make another Krypton or something. Like a Krypton on Earth. :\ (if that's possible)

So it's pretty much a rehash of what Zod was doing...great...repetetive much.

Braniac's line, asking Kara what she would do if she could have things back the way they were, that would imply living back in a Kryptonian environment. Her old life back before her journey to Smallville. In the Superman Cannon, Brainiac stole Kandor the city. He miniaturized it and put it in a bottle. I think he needs her to retrieve something from the city.

I'm guessing whatever it is, it's BAD. Very very bad.
I mean, Brainiac returns in the episode Apocalypse... come on, it's in the title...

Yeah, at least part of his plan is likely to continue Zod's work. But I am not sure what kind of technology could possibly be in that bracelet.

If he needed the bracelet, he could have taken it instead of Kara. He said he needed Kara not the bracelet.

I was kind of thinking that he needs her to prove to someone that Kryptonians are still alive after the explosion. Maybe he is going to take her to someone as proof.
I don't know, maybe I'm way off.

The only thing that I can think of is that the House of El are the only ones that can exit the Phantom Zone at will. He could have been staring at the House of El symbol on the bracelet and knew that Jor-El had an exit that had the House of El symbol on the panel, signifying only they could activate it. So maybe he has some way of recorpealizing Zod and is hoping that he can use Kara to get him out of the zone.

Someone reminded me in another thread that TPTB said that Brainiac is not trying to get Zod back again, so I guess my theory is out. There has got to be something else that only the House of El could access that Brainiac needs. If just needed the bracelet alone, then he would not have taken Kara with him.

I think that's why Lionel had it locked away and hidden from everyone.
Brainiac may also need a living Kryptonian in conjunction with the bracelet.

So if he needs a Kryptonian why not need Clark? He's Kryptonian too. I know they have history and maybe Brainiac thought it would be easier to just get Kara to do something, but part of me thinks that Kara knows what Brainiac is up to. She was acting way too weird throughout the whole episode about it. Like when she said "It was supposed to be me". Somethings just weird........

maybe kara have other ideas to get rid of brainiac....it does seem strange that he didn't take clark. i thought clark was going to fly after them after they take off.

i think brainiac needs kara because its easier to defeat clark if you break the tie between kara and clark.
kara now is going to get trapped someplace.

I am just ticked that she is never in any episodes. She loses her memory and disappears, gets it back and disappears. I like KARA!

Maybe he wants to seize Kandor as his own (like how he shrinks it and controls it in the comics), but he is going to use Kara as an ally of the Kandorians to convince them to go with him. Then he will shrink them or something.

I agree. Kara had such a great, strong start in the first part of the season, and I loved how they were developing her back story with Zor-El, Lara, etc., but in the second half of the season, she's been practically nonexistant, which is very disappointing, and now she's frickin' gone AGAIN!!! :(

Brainiac did say something like "You can go back and save them all", I am thinking something to do with time travel.
Could the big energy wave when he and Kara blasted off past the satellite have been them cracking the time barrier?
That is how Superboy did it in the comics (kinda of) when he went to be with the Legion.

Not sure, but in the comics he used Kara to bring Darkseid to the earth.
