He's a cold-blooded killer, very COLD-BLOODED!! She was his childhood frd, perhaps the only friend he ever had when he was little

Honestly I'm a little surprised at the nonchalance he displayed in having her murdered. It didn't even faze him. He didn't even blink twice or try to justify it. In a way it shows he's read to do in his own father. Probably for that key.

I'd be upset if Clark keeps ignoring Lionel only because he could be the only one who will be able to save Clark's life if this secret thing in the bank can really control him...

By the time Clark listens to Lionel it'd be too late! Wayy too late!!

We didn't know before? Lex was clearly wiping blood off of *her necklace* at the end of Traveler. What reasons would anyone have for thinking it was anyone but him?

Well, Mr Headless Statue of Liberty, based on wut I saw from the "Traveller" thread, there were a huge Lionel/Lex debate so I just wanna reclarify it I guess, if that's ok with u?

Well, based on the fact that apparently lionel killed off the other Vertais members its logical to see why people would assume it was him. As for Lex wiping off her necklace well, Lex did see her briefly in the episode plus she was his childhood friend. Sooooo..

But he was wiping off *blood*.

But he was wiping off *blood*.
But it doesn't show a real solid evidence of Lex killing her. The blood might have been stained on the necklace when it was found.

I think that's kinda the idea. Build a rift between Clark and Lionel, and by the time Clark's ready to listen then Lionel will be dead.

Let's not forget Lana too. He probably feels guilty for that...and Kara being gone...even though that was her own choice, he'll feel responsible in some way.
It just keeps piling up!

It would be good if they can show him rise above the debilitating guilt, but usually they just show him lash out after something bad happens to a loved one...

I can picture that.
Dr. Phil "Ok now, Clark. I want you to dig down deep so we can get to the root of you being unable to fly."
Clark "Well, um...."
Phil "Oh come on now you big sissy. You havn't even tried yet. How are you going to get anywhere in life if you don't fly?"
Clark "Well, um..."
Phil "Give me a break. You just let your cousin fly off with that maniac right after he turned your girlfiend into a zombie. You just watched them fly away. What's wrong with you man?"
Clark " Well, um...."

The clip was meant to determine that it was Lex that had killed Patrica, they had him holding the necklace and cleaning the blood off at the end of Traveler. The show is not big on showing the facts on how it happened and who did it.

Yes he does a bit. I was just reading a Superman book and his guilt was in the first chapter. He holds a lot of responsibility on his shoulders.
