Ep 23 strange

I was just watching ep 23 last one of season 2 when clark destroyed his ship with the krpytonite key and caused a massive explosion that in turn caused his mothers miss carrage. Now even though clark was under pressure to destroy it fast as he thought it would control him why didnt he just take the ship somewhere remote before putting the key in hes never so careless with something so unknown before it would be so simple to take it up to the north pole or something and do it there just incase something like a giant explosion where to happen, just one of the more retarded things i think...

He was panicked and scared by what the Ship could do; he probably didn't even think about it exploding like that, and most likely assumed that it would just disintegrate.

I dont know even that black kid told him that he didnt know what would happen and it might even kill him that being said clark should of been more cautious hes reckless sometimes yea but that was real dangerous.

i think its kinda silly it did blow up

i mean kryptonite is poisinous to the ship just like it is to clark... shud have just melted or dissolved or something

Well it probably had a power source in it that caused that kind of explosion when destroyed.
