Lex & Kara finished?

So kara was at the mansion for an entire 2 seconds and now she is out with her memory restored.. does this mean lex is done with her and ready to move on to a new angle and discovering the mystery that is clark kent? I have mixed feelings about this either way.. if it is finished i am happy that kara has came to her senses and lex is done manipulating her but on the other hand i think it should have been developed a little bit more.. thoughts?

I thought this was another thing that was never really developed. The episode was extremely rushed. I'm sure they could have found enough and shot additional scenes to have made this be a 2 hour episode to make up for lost episodes thanks to the strike.

Rushed? Not really. A lot of plot development, but hardly rushed, and it is part of a two-parter, it is the lead in to Veritas.

The Lexara thing was just a fake out. It was obviously never planned to be developed and it was obvious from the get-go that it wouldn't be. He wanted her so he could exploit her memories and find out about Clark. She went with him because she didn't really feel at home on the farm. It was obvious Jor-El would have to restore her memories, so once those things are in place it becomes clear that Lex won't get what he wants and Kara will leave.

I just thought more would happen between the 2 (as in a friendship where he would learn from his "mistakes" with Clark). They made a big deal out of his interest in Kara after she saved him in Bizarro. The search to find her made it seem like it would have been much bigger plotwise than it has been so far.

Well... from Kara's side Lexara is over. :D
But that doesn't mean that Lex will try to figure her out when he gets the chance should he see her again.

I think there's still some steam left in the Kara/Lex angle yet. Kara's dialogue with Clark at the end indicated that she still felt indebted to Lex for saving her in Detroit...

Who knows...I'm sure she will be back to not trusting him though.

I actually think there is more to the story with Kara and Lex. We will just have to watch and see what happens with thoes two! :eek:

tbh im glad it finished before it started although didnt lex get kara pregnant in the comics?

There are spoilers that indicate a load of stuff will appen that will put Clark and Lex on each others Radar. I am assuming this all stems from Kara.
