View Full Version : Were Lana's eyes glowing green?

I could have sworn I saw a slight green glow from Lana's eyes as one scene ended. I think it was the scene where she said she would kill Lex when she & Chloe were speaking to Lionel. Did anyone else see the same thing?

I'm not promoting a clone theory, but it's always possible that she is secretly dealing with kryptonite & is being affected by it. Remember, she still did not tell Clark about Brainiac's return that Bizarro told her.

If Lana were a clone wouldn't Lex have programmed her not to kill him? Yet, it seems she really wants too.

I don't think there is any more clone. I just thought I saw something glowing in her eyes. There's definitely more to her than meets the eye (no pun intended). She clearly hasn't said anything about Brainiac to Clark, otherwise he would be looking all over for him considering the catastrophic consequences last time.

umm I think Kristin's eyes just stood out in this episode more than anything. I never noticed them until this episode.

They looked the same to me, but maybe it was just something with the camera because they were zooming in towards her face.

Two things:

1. Clark does know about Brainiac. He mentioned it in one episode after his return...I think it was Fracture. I thought the same thing, but I did remember hearing him briefly mention it once.

2. I do not recall her eye's glowing at all. If they did, based on the part of the smallville mythos they are currently revisiting, I would say it more Isabelle-ish then something to do with cloning.

Not that I am promoting anything to do with Isobelle....but then again, they did already bring up the mystery tatoo once again this season

In "Siren". When Chloe and Clark are in the copy room, he asks her about it. :)

Yes, and didn't Lana come clean and admit to Clark finally that her and the Phantom were working together over that woman?

You do have a point. I wouldn't be surprise if Isobelle returned.

Yep. That's probably how Clark knew more about it. But I assume that Chloe told him what she told the Phantom as well seeing as how that scene happened first.

Then that makes me even more confused... Clark got upset with Lana because she worked with Bizarro on a project about Brainiac. But since Chloe would be the only other person to know, she'd have to tell him that she worked with Bizarro too about Brainiac. So what was the point of yelling at Lana then if he already knew that? I guess it was just a way for him to vent his feelings, but the patching up seems weird IMO.

I don't think he was so angry with the information, but more by the fact she didn't let him know about it.

i didnt see a green glow, but if it was in that scene, could it have just been a reflection of the end of the taser that they showed to lionel?

xrayvision's question upsets me because it feeds into the theory I had about Lana being a clone - and having green glowing kryptonite eyes. That, and I have no way of rewatching the show.

Interesting theory, and honestly, it did cross my mind, too, that maybe not the real Lana came back from the "death", because of the almost nonexisting passion between Clark and her since the beginning of Season 7.
I mean, this is Smallville and nothing's impossible, is it?
