I was so mad that we did not get to see Chloe, Clark, and Pete together like in earlier seasons. Another missed opportunity.
What?????????
Having Pete back and not reuniting them?

i think that was a basic problem with the episode.
The writers are more concerned showing pete's powers, or pete's lack of powers, or pete chewing gum.
When the best part of the episode was left to the smaller parts, pete's love for chloe and pete's jealously for clark...... leaving the kryptonite was huge to me, he could have killed him.

Uh huh well said, they should have really focused more on their reunion and scratched the whole gaining powers thing. Would have been nice seeing Clark, Chloe and Pete all hanging like old times.
And seriously what was up with the kryptonite part.
Pete: "It's my turn to save you Clark..." *While placing kryptonite on his chest*
I was like what the hell?

I just chalked that up to what Clark had said earlier about the Kryptonite and poweres warping your thinking... Isn't that how they exonerated Lana as well? :\

I didn't think Clark looked all that surprised or excited to even see Pete when Lana opened the darn door! I was hoping for both....a Clark/Chloe/Pete scene and a scene with Clark and Pete shooting hoops. I was glad to get at least one.

Agreed. I wanted to have all three of them in the same room talking about something even if it is with Pete whining, I'd rather have both Chloe and Clark try to persuade Pete rather than just one of them.

I naturally assumed that a Chloe/Pete/Clark scene would occur (and more than once), so was doubly disappointed. It was sad not to see them work together....

Once again the official Description was misleading. The way it was writtene it seemed like both Clark and Chloe were talking to him at the same time.
I think Pete's Reunion was just bad timing and should of done it when there isn't such a focus on Kara.

I agree.
I think we really needed to see the three of them together to make it more of a throwback to the old days of the show.
Just bringing him back, making him a FOTW, and showing that he's still jealous of Clark did not make his return as enjoyable as it could have been.

Also - did anyone thank it seemed odd that out of Chloe, Clark, and Lana that it was Lana who seemed the happiest about seeing him after 3.5 years? :rotfl:

I thought Chloe was the happiest to see him, she was just at the Daily Planet and was facing some odd troubles right before he came in.

That's what it was! When I was watching I really felt like there was something wrong that was missing-something that I was waiting for. I hadn't even considered before the episode that I wanted them to be together because I never even considered the fact that it might not happen...
What in the heck were the writers thinking? I'm sure they could have had an entire episode with the three just sitting around together and the fans would have just been happy to see them all united again.
Pete: "It's my turn to save you Clark..." *While placing kryptonite on his chest*

Haha, I was thinking the exact same thing. Wierd irony.
I also didn't feel like the characters were excited enough to see Pete.
I'd be like "*gasp* Pete!!! Holy crapping hell, where have you been??*embrace* Wow! I can't believe you're here!" Well...something to that effect.
I mean, three years of no contact and he walks in and it's like: "Oh, hey, Pete! What's up?"
