First time that Clark knocked out lex with his powers?

if I remember correctly, this has got to be the first time, clark has ever knocked out lex with his powers as if he were one of the bad guys (which he clearly is now), without lex having been under the influence of anything, well I guess their status quo is becoming even more solidified of hero vs enemy.

well like i said earlier, i think this is the first time that Clark has tossed luther when neither of them were under the influence of anything, whether it be being possessed, kryptonite, with clark having his powers, and with clark hitting lex from stopping him on hurting one of his friends

I like those moments. Like when Chloe's mom controlled her and caused her to shoot that bullet at Lex and Clark hestiated in saving him and ended up shoving him out of the way roughly. Or in Siren and how Clark let Lex get shanked with that knife.

Well I think they have standard "Smallville Battle Formula" here or SVBF as I like to call it.

Regular humans get tapped on the head a small percentage of the time and mainly (Like 98%) shoved roughly into stuff and KTFO.

Superhumans generally get the same treatment or some ironic demise, but it's usually it's still a lot of shoving because they're still squishy humans. And really, who wants to spend time cleaning guts out of your red or blue jacket. Even at superspeed, I imagine cleaning guts off yourself is quite extensive.

Aliens, Kryptonians, and the like get the special slowmo "Superfist" 95% of the time. Sometimes we're lucky and get the slowmo rare "Double Superfist" ala Zor-El in "Blue".

I think here though, with Lex, was something new, quite special, and unique that I like to call the "Supercointoss". Because Clark flipped Lex head over heels like he was a quarter, and when he face planted I yelled out "Tails!" and pretty much laughed myself silly.

I pointed out that to my kids too. I said Clark has finally had it with Lex. Now he knows he is on his heels and he better do something about it. Even Lex must know it has something to do with Clark because he doesn't even mention that he was knocked out. He already knows it has something to do with Clark.

that scene was hilarious Lex looked like a ballerina :lol: but I think that was the first time he was knocked out and it wasn't to protect Lex and clark and lex weren't on something! :D

Clark knocked Lex out when Pete was under the influence of the flower and was about to kill Lex. Clark knocked out Lex, then he knocked out Pete. Clark was not under the influence of anything. Lex wasn't exactly the bad guy here. His scientist resurrected an extinct mind altering plant.

yeah. He has knocked Lex out before some times, but this is the first time that he took him down to stop him. Aside from episodes when one or the other is under some influence, he has never done a speed take down on lex as a bad guy

Yeah, I think this really was one of the first times, while Lex was not unconscious or under the influence of anything, that Clark used his powers around him. I love the moment when he knocked Lex out. It really felt at that moment, that is now the Hero vs. the Villain.
