regardless, lex getting shot is just becoming a plot device to further the story.....i don't think we're meant to be worrying about whether or not he'll live.....especially since we knew chloe was in the same building as lex and clark.

Well, let's see... he got shot in Lexmas and in Lockdown. Twice in one season for sure. I know that there's more, but it's 1 AM and I can't think any further.
