Clark gave no indication of a certain future. "I can't say what the future holds" is basically what he said. To me it seemed like "let's try to make it work (for now)"

I dont think thats what the last scebe suggested. I interpret the last scene as for the 2 of them to come back as friends and to trust each other again. I dont think they will be together that way anymore. I think they have parted. Sorry to say.:o

Exactly, WickedJenn. I've always been a big Clana fan, but keeping having Clark talk to Lana like crap and you'll kill that really fast. That whole line about "not being able to see the future" is like a half-commitment. Very un-Clark like to me. So I'm not very thrilled about Clana. Lana seems to be trying but Clark is regressing to a Season 5 attitude to me.

Clark feels betrayed. Is he not allowed to vent? He has every right to. She should be lucky he is even given her another chance after the sickening things she has done.

In a way, Ive noticed that whenever Clark is angry with Lana, he runs to Chloe or Lois for comfort. Im glad Lana told him off a bit in the scene where they were at the foundation. He needed to hear that. All through the seasons, lana had said it time and time again about not being able to live up to his standards. And that true, Clark is selfish!!!

Clana may not be forever, but I think that they're gonna try to make ends meet. I agree with everyone about the ending being more a friendship than a full-fledged relationship because they both probably do realize that they have differences which hold them apart. If they can live with each other under the same roof and show some kind of love for now, I think it'll work.

And Lana hasn't felt betrayed? I personally feel that Lana had to tell Clark that he's conceited at times or at least wants everyone to be on his level. Clark feels that he should fight Lionel when he makes threats, but when Lana does it it's automatically wrong in his eyes. He can hide secrets from Lana about some of his motives, yet when Chloe does it about Lana's motives it's automatically wrong. :confused:

But I can't speak for everyone when I say that. :)

It was silly of him to whine to CHloe about it, but I do feel for him. He has legitate fears and doubts now and it's frustrating and scaring him. He just needs a hug! lol. Actually, he and Lois are perfect for each other right now. They should just talk each other's ear off about their bad relationships and get it off their chests.
