i reckon Lana will keep trying to discuss it with Clark, but he will do his best to avoid talking about it because hes angry about what happened. probably make an excuse he has something important to do whenever Lana confronts him.

Lana will bring up how Clark "cheated" on him with Chloe in the Talon (that scene in Rush). Nah, I don't think Lana's brain can remember that.

Of course they couldn't go with the truth - Bizarro loved Lana, therefore Clark does not. So Clark apologized. As always. Despite the fact that Lana can't tell the difference between EvilCloneBoy and the real deal in a month (and Chloe can in 2 minutes).

This is the closest out of the options to what I believed before the episode. I thought that Clark would be appalled that Lana couldn't see through Bizarro and realize that it wasn't him, thus straining their relationship to the point that it would be hard for them to even talk to each other. And that's basically what happened.
