So, whatever happened to Chloe and Lana's "friendship"? I admit Chloe and Lana do have some tension going on between them, but after all is said and done, Chloe has been the one girl friend that has been there for Lana when she needs someone to talk to. Not only that, but Chloe has been one of Clana's biggest cheerleaders and as far as anyone knows has moved on with Jimmy- so why is Lana telling her to let go of Clark? What's wrong with Chloe and Clark just being friends?

And Lana was willing to run away to an entirely other country with Clark without telling Chloe, her so-called best friend...and without caring that Chloe would be losing her best friend (Clark), and Clark would be leaving behind Chloe and his family...

So much for best friends.

Maybe Lana's upset that Chloe would say that she's not right for Clark. Even though she has been the biggest cheerleader for Clana, she also told Lana straight in her face that the loyalty that Clark needs isn't coming from her.

I wonder if it's gonna get as bad as Clex. ;)

Bottom line. To me, Chloe looks out for the best interests of other people, and Lana is selfish. She doesn't want Chloe's honest opinion, she just wants to get patted on the Bumm, and told that she's perfect. She doesn't truly care about anyone around her. That's why she didn't tell Chloe she was going to leave. All of her dreams were coming true. She was running off with Clark to live happily ever after. Screw what's right, or what she should do. She has a one track mind, and it's set on making herself happy, and feeling loved.
