Bizzaro's more proactive then clark because he doesn't run from who he really is. He's the villan stealing his enemy's girlfriend is totally something evil clark would do.

I love Bizarro for what he is -- a deep-talking awesome villain, who then becomes intent on stealing Lana away.

And Tom Welling's acting is FANTASTIQUE.

But if there was more than two episodes in a row of him, I'd probably get a little sick of him. Honestly, when he went to the Fortress of Solitude I was like, "YAY, C'MON CLARK!" I miss him and his sincere ways, because even though he's conflicted and doesn't know what he wants just yet .... I guess that's what I like about him as a character.

Bizarro is just badass haha.

LOL Yes that is true, he is definitely hot with his confidence. Which is why I love the beginning of season 3, because of Red!Clark with his badass hot attitude.

But I dunno, I found him a little cheesy in this episode. Strolling in and saying, "Hey beautiful"? I was like, "Bizarro, you have lost your touch." Which is why I prefer Clark haha.

Obviously Clark is my guy, but Bizzaro was refreshing. Seeing a Clark that was sure of himself (even if he was making all the opposite choices I want for Clark), but he knew what he wanted and went for it. Clark could take some tips in that department.

Anyway, recurring did not mean for me 3 episodes (Excluding "Phantom" and "Zod"), though it was the case for Alicia.

If Biz was really the opposite of Clark he should have gone for Chloe and only been friends with Lana, now that would have really mixed everything up.

I would have really did some major damage to all parities concerned if that happened, Biz was one of my favourite characters ever in SV.

It just shows you how USELESS CK really has become, I wonder if Jonathan would be rolling in his grave about now know what his son has become.

Everyone prefers anything else than to CK anything and that's really sad.

You people crack me up. Clark is still growing that's the whole point of this show. The journey. I gurantee you that the last episode of the whole seris, Clark will be who he is suppose to be. :D:D:D (being sarcastic of course)

I'll admit, Bizarro is way cooler. Plus he can fly (which should have tipped Lana off right away that it wasn't CK).

Though I gagged at all his gushing over loving Lana. What a waste of a cool villain. The "Hey beautiful" line got an instinctive eye roll from me. Guess he really does have Clark's stupid gene hardwired into him.

To some degree I think it's TW but when it gets unrealistically deep than that's probably computer enhanced. Like the sound effect of the Green Arrow's voice changer. Very similar sounding.

Add another one who liked Bizarro more than Clark. It was nice to see a Clark who actually took the iniative instead of sulking and waiting for everything to happen. I've grown tired of wishy-washy Clark and I wish he'd show a little of the take-charge attitude of Bizarro.

I think when he was in bed with Lana, Bizarro tried to make his voice sound more like Clark. Then when he was talking to Brainiac, he was using his "normal" voice.

Hm. I feel like I need to watch some RedK episodes to decide if TW is really a better actor when he's a bad@$$ or if they just write better for villains.
I enjoyed Bizarro A LOT. I'm not sure if I can articulate it any better than everyone else before me, though.
Whether or not it's better writing, Tom definitely goes out of his way to be sure that they characters are DIFFERENT. And I think that's what makes him a great actor.

Why does the way the character of Clark Kent is written make Tom a worse actor when he plays Clark? We can all see what Tom can do when he is given different roles. But the fact that Clark appears a little retarded these days is not Tom´s fault, but simply due to the fact that the writers/producers have stalled way too long on character development, thereby effectively damaging the character of Clark Kent. I don´t see that anything of this has to do with Tom´s acting. He does his best with the miserable material he is given as Clark.

After seeing him as Bizarro I can only imagine how breathtakingly Tom whould shine as a real, grown up Superman...

Yeah but I'm speaking of his acting. When they tried to make him too innocent and guilt-ridden in the earlier seasons, I just didn't think it looked natural on him and his acting suffered for it. When he's cocky and arrogant he just seems to carry it off better.
