I was on a website and found out about a Smallville graphic novel and was wondering if anyone here has it? If you do, can you tell me what is in it? Like, are they comic versions of different episodes or completely different ones?

I believe you're referring to this (http://www.amazon.com/Smallville-1-Various/dp/1401202047/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_i).
We who collect comics would rather call this a TPB (or trade paperback) than a graphic novel, since "graphic novel" is the proper term for a stand-alone, complete story -- a novel -- that doesn't consist of previously published material. This TPB contains the stuff that DC published in "Smallville: The Comic," which was a one-issue special from 2002, and also stuff from the first four issues of the regular "Smallville" comic which started in 2003. The material is all new, and not adapted from the episodes.
Hope that helps you! If you can check out the TPB in your local bookstore, you can check it out and see if you consider it worth the pricetag. If you do find you like it, you may want to visit your local comic book for the remainder of the "Smallville" comic, which ran only 12 issues as I recall. :)
