re: Private messages lost!

Hello: I don't know what happened, but though I usually have cookies enabled and the k-site in my favourites, I had to re-login again today, forgot my password and reset it to a new one. However, I see that my previous private messages are all gone, but 3 from 2004? This is rather frustrating! Can you please tell me what's happened to my most recent messages and the handful I had saved? Thank you. Annette

Not sure if you have two accounts there if I for some highly bizaree reason, a lot of your stuff has been wiped... hmm, sorry I can't be of more help... hope you work out what went wrong.
