The last time these two interacted Chloe was all "Isis is the underworld... brings the great god Ra to his knees... I wont let you do that to Clark" ect...
This episode makes them all buddy buddy again, no tension, no issue, just smiles and cocoa.
Great episode... lots of little mistakes tho.

I disagree. I thought in the last scene Chloe seemed to be masking her... mixed feelings about the seemingly blissful Clana. *shrug*

at the end (of Gemini) Chloe was all smiles, and "ill call you later" nod to BOTH of them... didnt seem like Chloe was masking any feelings, it was all "warmth and compassion" for them.
I just think they do this thing over and over... they make enemies of people, and the next week all is forgiven and no one remembers.

I hear you. I just... she said she was leaving really quickly... and that look she gave Bizarro... Maybe I'm seeing what I want to see.

In that scene I didn't knew why Chloe was trying to avoid Lana, the I remembered what happened in Wrath and it maked sense. I think it's obvious that Chloe's still upset with her, while Lana is trying to pretend like nothing happened.

I thought on the last scene, when Lana brought in the danishes, Clark had this sappy smile on his face looking at Lana and Chloe saw it.
I thought Chloe just thought that maybe they should get some alone time together since Bizarro (thinking its Clark) was away at the FOS for so long.
Friends get mad at each other and friends get over it. Doesnt mean Chloe will not protect Clark from Lana if she hurts him.
Although I agree with all that was said. I thought that as well. But when you watch it closely it takes on a total different meaning. In the beginning of the show, Chloe in the scene where Chloe was on the mobile trying to get in touch with Clark, then tells Lois, that Lana had told her, Clark had smoothed things over with Lana before heading to the FOS. There are on speaking terms.

I thought that Chloe sensed that they wanted 'couple time' as well. Lana had only brought two drinks and made a point about an awkward pause to give Chloe the hint to to get out of their house. I suppose its Lana's too, now, although Chloe' certainly spent more time there.
Chloe has been friends with her 'sister' Lana for ages. Theres no need to keep the fire fuming- it was proven you learn more by being friendly than stubborn in this ep. I imagine that Chloe is Clark's, through and through.
Clark has a destiny- and a naive innocence. Lana has- what? Warped moral judgement?
Chloe can be friends with the couple- but as she left, that 'call me' was to Clark. About discussing super hero stuff that I imagine Chloe would rather leave the third charter member of the secret keeper club out of.

To me it honestly seemed like she didn't have a care in the world. I don't think she was ever mad at her to begin with.
Oh, Chloe is still mad Lana and that 'see you later, all smiles' stick was only for Clarks benefit and is in fact a coded message directed to Lana, basicaly saying:´Beware Lana, cos I am watching you like a hawk, and if your obsession with bringing Lex down, hurts Clark in any way, I will bring you down before you can even blink!´
So yeah, Chloe, mama bear, is still mad!

I'm honestly gonna have to watch that scene again because I sensed no animosity between them.

I agree, Chloe was barely listening to Lana, she was looking totally at Clark.

Yep. Chloe was putting on a happy face for Clark, because I doubt he had any idea about her talk with Lana in Wrath. Also, think about it, Lana attacked Lois is Wrath--nearly killed her for that matter. How could Chloe not still be a little pissed about that?? Family trumps friends more often than not.
And the way Lana seemed to want Chloe to stay, it seems that there is still a bit tension between the two of them that Lana wants to smooth over.

Of course Lana wanted to smooth things over with Chloe, it would be wise for her to stay on Chloe's good side.

Ya I am sure Lana will die again before the show's end, and it will be up to Chloe to bring her back to life...
