Yeah I noticed him and I thought it was odd, but then when they walked into the room and all the medical equipment was there, I remembered Lana's fortune and if she could get all that equipment, surely she could hire a guard.

I thought it was just my imagination, but I guess there really was a guard in the hallway. He just seemed to be out of place because the place seemed deserted and in disrepair with the lights flashing the way they were. It just seemed odd...

would have been nice if there was also someone there monitoring her. What if she comes out of the coma? Lana doesn't know if she is alien, Zod, brainiac, etc. A guard outside isn't going to do much other than be a murder victim when the show returns and the woman awakes.

I wondered if it was the shut down wing of Smallville hospital, where Lana was taken that time. Maybe the flickering lights and aura of dis-repair (and the guard) are to keep people away.

I noticed that too. At first I thought that could have been a mannequin or a clone or something. With Clark being Bizarro, Julian a clone and all. That guy looked creepy in the background.

Lana has people behind this whole thing. I am still wondering who is helping her with the Lex thing.
I still think its going to be Oliver Queen, I read somewhere that he might be the guy that has been helping Lana with getting information about Lex. It was in one of the spoilers awile ago.

I think it was just a guard, I suppose Lana has them to take care of the people on Isis.
It'd make a lot of sense if it's Ollie the one helping Lana out, I just don't think she's smart enough to do all this things without Lex finding out.
