I was watching this episode, thinking it was great, yet had it's flaws.
I was confused on how Clark knew Kryptonian, knew the vocal language, could fly(wrote this one off as an epic jump), and a few other things. I thought it was odd, the Bizarro thing totally put everything into place, loved it.
My theory on why he real Clark was in ice was either: That's what the training is, it's just info going into his brain, maybe this is him doing his training.
Or maybe Fine did it to him.
Also, did anyone notice in the episode any points that Clark(Bizarro) walked into the sunlight, how he reacted?

I didn't notice the sunlight thing but, the Bizzaro thing did make me say ooh, "so that's why he was acting that way." But how would Fine do that to him? He couldn't be strong enough, could he?
biz didnt walk into the sunlight because it was either dark outside or they were inside away from windows, the last scene was the only scene with the sun, which i thought was a good idea with tbtb, i thought they would definitely f that one up. but they didnt

The ELEVATOR!!! Chloe and Jimmy were entering the Elevator from the basement. Chloe was gonna go home, so I guess she'll leave through the front door on the 1st floor. Yet they ended up on the 12th floor? Um... that's a flaw.

I'm not too sure Chloe was going home. I mean, when Lana and Clark came to The Planet for Chloe's help they fully expected her to still be at her desk working...also after they got off the elevator she went back to work. Still not sure why she ended up on the 12th floor though.

I'm watching the episode again right now as it's playing on the west coast (I live on the east coast-gotta love Dish Network's superstation package!). How does Bizarro Clark know about Lana's secret obsession with Lex and her Isis project? He was brought to Mercury or something by Martian Manhunter. How does he know so much when he's been away for so long?

I'm pretty sure Bizarro has all of Clark's memories

Didn't Jimmy wonder what happened to the bomb? There was no follow up on that.

The fact that a shot went off in Gabriel's office and people just acted like nothing happened at all.

I agree that he has all of Clark's memories up to the point that he separated from him. The Isis project and Lana's obsession with Lex is AFTER he was whisked away by Martian Manhunter.

Yes, the last thing Bizarro should know is that Lana was killed. And he would never have heard of Kara.
Did he do something to MM to get all the info out of him? Or maybe he went to Lionel and tricked him into spilling the beans. Although if anyone could see through the masquerade, it would be Lionel.
He knows because Lana pretty much spilled everything the first second he came back. She spoke of her obsession with Lex, Kara being missing, and all that good jazz before he said one word...he didn't divulge into details about anything, just general ideas off of what he learned from listening to Lana

personally i think Bizarro gets all of Clark's memories, Old and New.
most likely it will be difficult to beat him, if he knows what Clark is thinking

Doesn't anyone think that Chloe's evolved power is a bit of a plot hole? I was POed when that went down, the rest of the episode made up for it, but what the he11? How did she learn to channel her power from green tears to orange hand glow without anyone else knowing? I admit that this new power is a lot more useful, but you can't make a huge jump like that without explaining anything.
Also, if Grant, and the other guy (can't remember his name) are clone's of the same person, why do they look nothing alike?

why did bizarro save chloe and jimmy? why did he care? i can get it that he wanted to keep up appearances, but really, what the hell? why would he save the one person who could figure him out (chloe)???

Why would he think that Chloe can figure him out and not Lana? I don't think Bizarro has access to the KryptonSite spoiler page.

Off-screen development, not much of a plot hole.

Grant is the clone of the dead baby Jullian, not of Lucas.

The biggest plot hole I've seen so far this year is Chloe suddenly knowing Lana's alive, when there'd been no previous reveal of that to her.

When Adrian (Julian's clone) first called Lois to tell her about the bomb, he said that she'll need to publish the story he was about to give her SOON. He was going to die soon because of his rapid aging. That is because Lex used Evan's rapid aging secrets to clone Julian. The clone (Adrian) was an exact duplicate of Grant Grabriel (Julian), only older. He was the first clone made and was a failed prototype. He was considered a failed prototype because his aging was not slowing down. The second, successful attempt, was Grant Grabriel. He aged to the point that Lex specified and his aging slowed.

A general question for whomever would like to consider it: Suppose you received a manila envelope via interoffice mail, and you walked away carrying it, then at some time later you flipped it over and saw the words "bomb on you" written on the back -- would you think even for a moment that there might be a bomb on you? I would think someone had been doodling. For the recipient to conclude there's a bomb seems unbelievable to me.

Yeah, it surprise a bit that when Chloe saw the "bomb on you" thing, she inmediately pannicked and so did Jimmy, I mean I wouldn't believe it right away, but this is Smallville so maybe they're convince that anything could happen

Both Grant and Adrian were supposed to be clones of Julian so his question is valid; I personally did see a resemblance between them. I'm not sure where timesters getting Lucas from

Well this is the same place where an explosion can go off right outside and no one bats an eyelash.
And lets not forget how Clark superspeeds in and out without anyone wonder. "Who is that big dude and how does he appear out of thin air?"

Wow! Most of you noticed the same 'flaws' that I did, and some of you pointed out some I'd missed, yet, I Still Loved this episode. Particularly, 'aggalaxy', 'chlark fan', 'DarkThunder0112', 'Bad Toad', 'theotherJane', 'chantal', and very good point, 'miks'. Plus I want to add/point out that there were No Medical Professionals present at the ISIS Facility where Lana had the Lab Assistant Quarentined. That was quite unusual for such a 'so-called' important medical mystery involving a person in Lex's employ. There was only 1 guard standing outside the room. No one was there to monitor her. That was Wierd!
Also, when Bizarro/Clark threw that bomb away and it exploded in the air above Metropolis, shouldn't it have been noticed by a Lot of people? I also think that Bizarro/Clark should only have the memories that Clark had up until the time of their first encounter at Reeve's Dam when he 'stole' only 'a few cells' from Clark to become what he is. Everything else happened After he was exiled to the 'sunny side of Mars'. :\ TPTB owe us a Lot of 'splainin' in the episodes still to come.
;) I have a speculation about 'why' Jimmy & Chloe were stuck on the 12th floor after coming up from the Basement. Maybe they were going to the floor where there was the DP's Parking Garage and it was located on a higher level than the ground floor? ...Maybe even on the level of the roof?

Dont forget the 29 second kiss between Chloe and Jimmy, and they weren't exactly eating each others faces off, it was one kiss, that lasted 29 seconds. Wow, thats a long kiss.
