Why did Chloe hand all of her Luthorcorp research to Lois?

I don't get it. Why is she handing a juicy expose on a company that she has closely followed all of her journalistic career and knows more about that anyone, to her cousin?

I seriously do not understand why Chloe is not following up on this story or stories.

That might be true, but it is still odd behavior for Chloe. I realize that Lois is also Chloe's cousin and that she probably feels obligated to give her a helping hand, but I think the only reason this came up during the episode is so that Lois had something to work with in conjunction with the threat against Chloe. If Chloe had not handed her research to Lois, the bomb threat would be pretty meaningless considering that Lois really doesn't have anything on Lex.

I doubt it's anything big. Chloe knows how Lois get's into trouble and after what she went through in Phantom I can't believe she would pass information that would be of much use.

I have to say that the last AM's interviews makes me curious about Chloe's powers....she seems to like it a lot and I doubt it will ever go away..

I thought Progeny established that Chloe was NOT going after Lex Luthor because of his threat. She's meteor infected and doesn't want to end up in 33.1.

I guess the real question is why all of a sudden does she not care about Lois being in the line of fire. Before she tried to warn Lois off of pursuing Lex because of the danger. *shrug*
