Or is he really staying close to Adam to stop him and destroy the virus all together? I mean - seriously - two people have told him that Adam kills people - including Hiro, who we all KNOW Peter trusts and has been through a lot with.

I would like to think that Peter is a smart guy in the know and is really helping Adam to stop Adam?

Yeah!I was suprised to see Hiro act like that.My guess,he will explain everything to Peter on the next episode.Peter is not a bad guy,he's just totally misguided.I'm sure at the end,he will do the right thing and he will destroy the virus.

I think that Hiro should have explained what he saw - then Peter could explain what he saw then they could slap each other five and take on Adam.

I really think Peter KNOWS but is keeping with Adam to truly stop him. I'm hoping - I mean - Hiro is Peter's boy!!! He wouldn't hurt him. Unless Peter was under some kinda mind control????

I don't think Adam is intending to kill the world's population. Just get rid of the members of The Company who scorned him. He's fueled by revenge, not delusions of grandeur.

I think that Adam wants to kill a lot of people - he knows he'll survive and he knows Peter will survive - I'm sure he thinks that others are immune so that it will give the world 'a fresh start' - a little more extreme than the first plan of Linderman just to kill a few million - but still the same main goal. Strongest survive and the world replenishes to start anew.

Well, after the virus dissipates in the atmosphere, the remaining seven percent of the population who survived will be part of that.

Adam sounds like a hardcore environmentalist. Like the group of people that thinks that Earth is better off without humans (can't think of their name) but none of them will set an example and commit suicide. He said that he's seen the cycles over and over and that people are screwing up the planet. That is why he wants to unleash the virus.

Actually in the scene where Hiro traveled back to 1977 when they were locking up Adam, he specifically said he wanted to kill the world's population. That is still his main goal, he's just enacting a little revenge on those who opposed him along the way...

This season has really handicapped Sylar and Peter...the two most powerful people on the show. I hope they both get back to form next week for the finale. It took long enough for Peter to get his memory back, and now he is still blind! He needs to wake up and smoke Adam!
