It was "Holy..." then black. It was an homage to when Claire woke up in the morgue.

Commentary stated that the entire scene was an intentional repeat of the Claire morgue scene, down to every angle, so it makes most sense if he echoed her "holy-" as well (though this time it seemed like that's all he said, as opposed to claire, who was implied as completeing the phrase.)
