I have to say Lionel was the only hero tonight. He did what was right and kept quiet about Clark when a being with superpowers who could kill him threatened him.

I was very disappointed how Clark again disobeyed Jor-El and how afterwards, he just sat there without running out to look for Kara.

Kara trusted Zor-El too easily after she found out he messed with her memory.

I don't know why Lara didn't use her powers to do anything to Zor-El.

Clark should know a lot better by now. He knew Zor-El made the crystal and had a decent idea what Zor-El was all about.

I have to agree. Lionel got the tar kicked out of him & he still stayed strong & didn't bend to Zor' El's demands.

Lionel was wonderful! Take that beating from the Kryptonian jerk with pride. Clark probably wont think too much of it. So I'm giving Lionel this t-shirt:

"I stood up to a homicidal Kryptonian and all I got was this lousy t-shirt"

Never wear it with pride!

Incredible how a character in only 1 scene can outshine everyone else.

This is why I don't want him to ever be killed off the show, they need someone with JG's experience and acting abilities right now.
Lionel really was great in that one and only scene, I was so proud of him. I liked when Clark rescued him too, nice punch!

If MR leaves the show after this shortened season, there is a good chance that he may kill Lionel & take JG off the show as well. The only thing that gives me a ray of hope is the fact that JG's contract extends into Season 8.
