I know right! Didn't this just happen to Peter Petrelli?! I think the Amnesia horse has been beaten past the point of recognition by now. So much so that it's own mother wouldn't recognize it.

Maybe I'm a little confused, so correct me if I'm wrong, but the only case of amnesia on SV that I remember was "Blank" in S4. That would make Kara's memory loss the second case in the series. Twice in 7 seasons doesn't seem so bad to me.

"Blank" is one of my faves! I loved how clark was trying to figure stuff out w/ chloe, and the lana aspect. plus, they had 3 great songs in that one. so, they can make the amnesia be a great thing if they write it right.

I agree with the OP. I hate amnesia stories with the fiery passion of a thousan suns and am so not happy that we've got one going now.
