GOOODS!! Enough...
I've lost count of the bazillion times people get conked out when clark approaches-eht to save the damsel-in-distress or save-the-world paraphernalia..

its becoming really idiotic and predictable!!!

Also, please stop with the stripping-clark-of-his-powers, sharing-powers or fighting-over-lana-with-lex power!!!!
Are we going back to S1 or what?????

I don't know if the superman mythos can be called "rich" ..but it certainly isn't this poor - smallvilles making supes younger years look like a barbie adventure (the weather girls???? seriously??)

As for wrath - the dashes in my post cover the ludicrousness of this episode!!

<<SPOILER WARNING>>>

the only saving grace is the black oil (errrr...brainiac) and chloes standoff with lana....

isnt someone reading the trash the writers are churning out???
HUGE rant .. iknow...but if the writers dont get their act together...smallville might end up with the other superman production graveyards - 3 4 and the stupid s returns with the kid story!!!!!

You do, of course, realize that Clark getting stripped of his powers and/or sharing/transferring powers is a PART of the *mythos* don't you? Even the worst comic book geek can tell you that Superman has transferred/shared powers before in the comics. Someone mentioned that there is even a storyline in the actual comics where *Lana* gains Clark's powers. So, you were saying? Oh yeah, same old same old. I wonder why I read this crap anymore.

Yea its part of the mythos - but repeating the same old concept in a medium to big budget razmatazz such as Smallville is courting disaster.

People can read this stuff in comics a hundred times, but on the silver screen it wears off after a usage. heck people are cribbing about why brainiac resembles the black oil from Xfiles...thats TWO unrelated serials...

imagine the frustration of watching the same of gimmick stuffed into the same series over and over again?

But I guess my "crappy" obeservation is too pallid for your inadequante understanding of how mature series behave.

some people!!!
