Well, I think that Chloe calling Lana on her sh*t was pretty good. The Clex scenes were also great.

Lois line to Lana about Joan Jett cracked me up. That had to be the best line of the episode.

The earthquake inducing Clana sex was the highlight of the episode. C'mon, it's funny! How often do u see funny things displayed from Smallville besides the fat Shelby's scenes.

Well, as I have no original thoughts of my own. I went with Chloe unplugging the bat cave. Chloe so rocks with her loyalty to Clark.

Yeah, I forgot about Brainaic's return.
I really liked what Lana had to say this episode. She was refreshingly honest with Clark, but he was only vaguely so with himself. He had to struggle to even consider the idea that Lana's halo might be the slightest bit tarnished.

It was a close tie between the earthquake and Chloe putting Lana on notice.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. I actually loved this episode. It was about Clark! It was funny....it actually had a lot of humor. And.....Lex is still tracking aliens. Lionel telling Clark about Lana kidnapping him....I loved the references to Samson and Dililah, and Isis and Ra, both men are associated with the sun (like Clark).
I liked Chloe telling Lana she doesn't think she's right for Clark, ouch. And there was NO Kara! That was the best plus of all.
And Lois....her hair looks professional now. I can't wait to see her chase some stories. She's so funny.

The EARTH TREMOR NOOKIE was an all time classic scene. Psycho Lana in black leather was great fun too, especially when she kicked Clark's ass, kicked Lex's ass, and kicked Lois's ass. I only wish she had kicked Chloe's ass too and made it complete. Brainiac's escape, the love/hate passion between Lex and Lana, potato brain Clark finally starting to get it about Lana, Lana herself flat out telling Clark that he's a delusional simp, Lex knowing all about Lana's spying and not caring.... There was a lot of fun stuff in this ep. It was a lot better than I thought it would be.

That line by her about Clark staying on the farm was the single most infuriating line ever said in the series as far as I'm concerned.

For some reason, I can't stand it when Erica sports hair that is completely straight. I like her hair wavy, or better yet, wet (she looked hot in Bizarro at the dam). She also looked great in Crimson. Her hair was also straight in season 4 (I hated that style too) but was different than it is now. I think Lois's best hairstyle was in season 5.
And my favorite Chloe hairstyle was in Covenant in that montage when she was about to enter the safehouse.

Yeah she definitely looks great there, that and season 5 were the best for Chloe without a doubt. I remember one episode from season 5, I think it was "Hidden", when she went to see Clark in his loft at the end, she looked absolutely stunning.

I voted for
Even Lana recognizes her own faults.
The interactions between Lois and Grant were cute, including the kiss.
Chloe unplugged Lana's creepy Batcave and put her on notice.
Lana verbalizes what we've all been thinking for years: Why the hell hasn't Clark done anything about Lex?
The earthquake inducing Clana sex was pretty funny.
But good God man, you got your threads mixed up!
The "The kiss between Lex and Lana. Lexana lives!" goes in the What did you Hate about "Wrath" thread! :p

The prelude to a return of Brainiac and maybe Clark realizing Lana is not the perfect person he wanted to believe she was. Also the possiblity that Grant is not a good guy.

-The Hardcore Powered Sex Clana..Never laughed so much in my life, Lana wanted that so bad:rotfl:
-Lois getting her ass kicked through the window.
-Lana knowing Lex was lying
Everything was so GOOD, hopefully the writers don't stay on strike, because this show get's better and better:D

Sadly the things I liked best were mostly little side note type things...
- Lex's number plate
- Lionel using the squeezy ball to help repair is hand
- The numerous attempt to try and make this episode connect to the rest of the series (date of previous showers, old photo of lana, mention of Martha and Eric)
- The Clana sex if only because when it happened I thought "now that thread on Kryptonsite can be resolved"
- The post-Clana sex scene which confirmed that Clark and Lana weren't previously doing the nasty....because when it happened I thought "now that thread on Kryptonsite can be resolved" (how sad am I?)

Just as a general note, there was some much better than average continuity in this episode. Mentions of events from many earlier episodes. Despite its faults, it was even relatively consistent internally as well.

I loved the inclusion of Martha. There were a TON of connections to earlier events and episodes, all appreciated. And you're no sadder than I am, because I thought the exact same thing when I saw that conversation.
The squeezy ball I didn't notice, but very nice touch, that.
What is a number plate though? And why was Lex's special? I'm kind of curious by that one, since I don't think I noticed it. (Unless I did notice it and call it something else).

The earth moved for Clana, and everyone else, too! What a howl. I'm happy Chloe let her majesty know the gloves are off.
I noticed the license plate, too. LXX is 70 in Roman numerals; is that supposed to indicate his 70th car, or the 70th Lex? Maybe the bad boy is cloning himself! LOL

I liked the end scenes where Lana admits to her own faults and doesn't let Clark to take full blame. I also enjoyed the fact that Clark has finally realized that the love of his life may not be the same person he fell in love with all that toime ago. I see the end of Clana coming very soon; how it will play out, who knows?

I really enjoyed this episode. I was a little annoyed at how easily Lana learned how to use the powers but I was able to move past it, I just said to myself she practiced in offscreenville since so much this season has happened there. Overall it was alot of fun and had good continuity. I was surprised Lana didn't assault Chloe for disconnecting her equipment, I understand where Chloe was coming from and why she did it (and I agree with her) but she had no right to do that. I'm interested to see what happens as a result because Lana did not look happy.
This episode was a nice comeback from last weeks which I hated, it was the first time in a long time that I found Smallville boring.

The Chloe-Lana showdown was the only good thing; everything else was Clark being a moron and making excuses for nasty Lana. THe supersex was stupid and offensive and uncalled for and Clark was a jerk not to take her powere immediately since he knew what could happen both healthwise for Lana and that she could go (even more) psycho. There is no excuse for Lana's deplorable behavior.
This was the worst ep of the season in many ways and we should have seen the Chloe-Lana smackdown long ago before we had to endure more horrific Clana sex. Lana is full of it; she always whines about how she's not perfect and waits for Clark to say how he'll never thing ill of her, thus reassuring her she's still got him fooled. Lana is like the dinner guest who asks to help with the dishes knowing she'll never really beexpected to do any. She uses this ploy all the time, to manipulate people and it's past time she got called on it.

The Chlana conversation and the others where Lionel, Lex, and even CLARK admit Lana is not the Pink Princess she pretends to be.
After seeing the episode I was like "Yes! Lana's FINALLY been knocked off her pedestal!"
The Lexana interaction was good too, in a psycho kind of way. I'm actually liking the idea of Lex and Lana bringing out each other's dark side.
But of course, the thing other than the characters' Lana blinders being ripped off that had me the most excited was definitely the beginning of Brainiac's return. I can't wait for that storyline to develop. :D

Even Lana recognizes her own faults. Never thought that what I have been saying since I started watching this show about Lana/Clana would come out of Lana's mouth  I'm still in shock...
The interactions between Lois and Grant were cute, including the kiss. I would agree except for the end... I didn't like the kiss, I liked the hotdog and the elevator scene but the kiss was... either too much too soon or just wrong in general. I'm not sure which one.
Chloe unplugged Lana's creepy Batcave and put her on notice. I loved Chloe in that scene. Gold Star to Chloe for being the first member of the I <3 Lana team to see the light. Now I hope she can stick to it, and Clark can truely join her.
Well, it at least it wasn't Promise... Aint that the truth! :rotfl: I personally use an episode of Charmed as a mark for 1 on my scale of bad so I think I've got my expectations low enough to enjoy a lot of crap.

My favourite was the Clana power - sexscene!!!!
And also the morning after that as Chloe find out why Smallville had little Earthquakes!!!!
But as Lana smashed Lex - oh that was great too!!!!
Hmmm... and also Losi and her editor!!!!
But my favourite of all these things is still the Clana sex scene!!!!!

Wow, there's so much about the ep. It started out a bit silly, and I thought the Clana sex was a bit over the top...and more than a little awkward for Chloe to learn about. Other than that, dang, leather, evil Lanajett is great (and all of her ranting to Clark about having never done anything to stop Lex was so right on....let's face it, she was going to KILL Lex with no reservations). Lois' thing with Grant was stupid from a professional point of view, and the point is driven home even harder as he's making small talk with her as the hard drive is being deleted...what a Lex-controlled thug!.
Many are talking about Chloe's hair...you know, only Chloe gets that kind of mention over the seasons...we notice so much about her, and the style changes, etc (the Yaris was dumb....cheap product placement....she's more at home with the orange New Beetle ragtop!). Gee, Lionel has gone from long hair to shaved to moderate length...yeah, OK, but purr-kitten Chloe is reason for living :D
Anyway, great ep as we bring up more and more developments, well worth having watched a second time, and likely to be many more than that ;)
