I'm starting to think there's a slight chance she could be a clone since the power transfer didn't leave Clark without his abilities (although there could be another explanation for that), but I'd prefer to see the real Lana turn up alive and well.

I'm guessing the secret she's keeping was blowing up the clone since Clark doesn't know about that.

Clark MUST know about the clone, otherwise how could the body in the blown-up car have Lana's DNA?

Before Fierce was aired, they had a trailer saying that the Lana who came back isn't the one who left. Did they simply mean she's a darker person? Or did they mean the one who returned is the clone? Personally, I wouldn't care as long as they make it interesting.

I don't know. The only thing I ever heard Lana say to Clark when he mentioned that her DNA was found - Lana said something like "I know.". That's the only reference I had ever heard from her. Am I mistaken?
