It wasn't towards Clark, can we now take Smallville trailers with a gain of salt? :p

Well yeah. It was your typical misleading Smallville trailer.
Nothing to see, move along...

Ugh that pissed me off.
I know SV likes to manipulate trailers.. but come on.
The trailer said:
Lex: Clark will never forgive you for this.
Lana: I'll get over it.
But it REALLY was:
Lex: You can't kill me. You're not a murderer.
Lana: I'll get over it.
Lex: Clark will never forgive you for this.

Different meaning, but it doesn't reflect too kindly on Lana either way.

I noticed that right away too. They do it to throw us off, but you'd think they'd realize we would catch on. I had a feeling that she wouldn't have said that after lex commented about Clark. I know Lana is teetering on the edge and all but that comment about Clark would have been way to cold for her to say.

They have to manipulate the trailers to keep us interested in this show about a farmboy that runs really fast and a nice rich man trying to save the world...
I can't wait for next week
