I'm starting something new with this thread. I plan on creating a list of all the unanswered questions since the start of the season to see if they all get answered and for the ones that don't, we can start theories in the Speculation forum. This thread itself is not a speculation thread, so just post the questions you notice and if you have something to say about them, start a new thread in the Speculation forum.
I will keep the list in this first post of this thread and will make a similar thread in all the following episode forums where the same will apply.
Now by unanswered questions, I mean things that have not been answered, not things such as how did Lana find out Chloe was alive (something that obviously happened offscreen). So obvious questions like this will be ommited from the growing list but will be answered so that the person asking it will be informed.
If someone sees something I have on the list that has been answered (due to overlooked facts, scenes, etc), then post about it and I will take it off the list as an unanswered question. I may even keep the answered questions in a section of this post that I will designate as "Answered Questions".
Anyway, here we go:
Unanswered Questions:
1. Why did Lex clone Lana?
2. How did Lex clone Lana? Was she in fact pregnant with the clone, which was removed by Lex in Combat? Lex did have pictures that he burned.
3. Why didn't Kara's ship open after it landed in the dam? Did the Jor-El programming in Clark's ship (who didn't & still doesn't trust Kara) purposely keep her in suspended animation?
4. Who left that SOS medallion on Earth?
5. What happened to Dr. Knox?
6. What happened to Bizarro?
7. Where did the jar of black ooze (presumably Brainiac) seen in the 10 second plot twist of Lara and again in the Wrath director's cut come from? Is it a coincidence it appears in the episode after Agent Carter died?
8. What did Zor-El do besides love Lara that made him an enemy of Jor-El's?
9. When were the portals mentioned by Lara built and who built them?
10. Jor-El built Brainiac, but someone obviously reprogrammed him to serve Zod. Who was it...Zod, Zor-El, or someone else?
11. What is the timeline of Krypton's destruction? By this, I mean how did the events surrounding it (the actual explosion, Zod's disembodiment, Zod's banishment to the Phantom Zone, Zor-El sending Kara off, Jor-El sending Clark off, Brainiac leaving with Aethyr & Nam-Ek, etc) happen chronologically?
12. Based on Zor-El's words "rule them with strength" in Lara that were very similar to the message in Clark's ship in Rosetta, is the Jor-El AI that we have seen all along really that of Zor-El? If it's not Zor-El now, was it Zor-El's AI prior to Brainiac infecting the FOS in season 5?
13. Why did Kara black out in the midst of her flight in Lara? This (like Clark tripping in Jinx) is not normal for a Kryptonian and could be a symptom. Is it due to Jor-El possibly implanting false memories into her head? Or is it a symptom of Zor-El erasing her memory?
14. What is the difference between the S symbol & the 8 symbol? In Lara we saw Zor-El using both, when in fact the S symbol has historically been used by Superman (and in the movies by Jor-El's immediate family--Clark, Lara & Jor-El himself). There has to be a reason why the S symbol started to be used.
15. Is the crystal Zor-El used on Kara in the 1986 scene at the Kent farm the same one Jor-El gave to Raya who gave it to Clark in Zod?
16. What does Chloe plan to do with those profiles of Belle Reve patients used in 33.1? Is Lex even working on 33.1 anymore?
17. What is Lois doing with the info she learned about in Action regarding the land around the dam that Lana bought? Does she know that it was Lana at this point?
