I really wish to know wut ability his mama got. But that statement his mama made isn't necessary true tho, isn't Peter and Sylar on the same power level?

Sylar has no powers. He got his from modifying his genetic code.

Nor would Peter have any powers if there were no one around him to feed on.

Hiro could stop peter, by going back in time and making sure he never absorbs anyone while he's an infant! He's about the only one who could.

Peter is the most powerful one at this point. Especially since we just added immortality and regeneration to his list. Too bad he can’t remember how to use any of it.

exactly with the whole immortality thing there is no way sylar can beat peter.

Peter would still have the power to absorb other powers, regardless of him not being around others with powers for him to take.

Sylar has no powers. He got his from modifying his genetic code. That's not true, Sylar had an original ability, his intuitive aptitude. It is likely also what has allowed him to gain the abilities of others, if not entirely at least in part.
Sylar understands how things work to a superhuman extent. Even the complexity of the human brain is unraveled before his eyes.

There are normal people who can do that. They're called geniuses.

Mohinder's father was led to Gabriel Gray by his genetic code/map and at first he thought he made a mistake about him because he didn't exhibit any overt abilities. Sylar's ability was difficult to assess/detect, however, being far more subtle than most other abilities.

Xanderman its just that you and pycer disagree on everything. go back and look at the thread where the 2 of you (an me) were arguing about peter not being able to die. and thats not the only thing the 2 of you argue on, thats just the most recent example.

Just in case anyone forgot. Peter was supposed to be dead in the future. And this is after he had already absorbed Claire's power. So why wasn't he able to heal from the outbreak (because it started with his mutation and made its way to the rest of his body). So I guess we will be needing Claire to Save the World yet again.
I would love to have an episode or maybe on the NBC website there is a genealogy/family tree maker.
As far as I can tell all the Heroes should have at least one if not both of their parents as "Evolved."
And if this is the case what are their powers, why don't they seem to use them in the show for self preservation?
In fact; I think i'm gonna start a new thread.
Peace Out

Lol, I meant that as a joke, really. I'm kind of a smart arse so that was a tongue in cheek kind of smart arse comment.

You mean the 2008 future he just went too? Of course he was supposed to be dead, last Ma Patrelli knew of him then was him going boom over NY, never heard nor seen again. And theres one simple logical reason why not every Hero can have Hero parents- it had to start somewhere. Someone had to be the first one to evolve. Just like normal, mundane genetics, if parents have regressive genes they could still present themselves in their offspring even if the parents do not have the trait. For instance, I have brown hair and eyes, my exwife has brown hair and blue/green eyes...our daughter has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Genetics is sometimes random.
