...let Chloe know she was part of the Isis project? She uses this for unscrupulous deeds like spying on the Luthors. Wouldn't she have been better off just telling her secretary(who probavly knows as much as Lana) to get rid of Chloe or coddle her anyway.
Now that Chloe knows about Lana's involvement in a project like Isis, eventually, she will find the truth. Lana should have stayed in the shadows.

Maybe Lana also wanted to keep Chloe from telling Clark about the existence of ISIS. Lana didn't know that Clark saw the website on Chloe's computer. So she had to step in and make Chloe promise to keep quiet.

I think Lana's meteor power is that no one can say "no" to her! Sort of like Chloe's temporary ability to brainwash the truth out of people.

I think Lana may have been acting preemptively. She knew if she saw Chloe, that Chloe would be researching, so she 'fessed up to a bit so that Chloe wouldn't be so suspicious.

I agree but I think that Lana and Chloe will work together in some way, becuz Chloe is interested in meteor freaks as well since she is kinda one in a lil way.

Clark knows about the money now. Lex told him she stole it, and she told him it was just part of the divorce settlement.

I think, since Chloe caught her there, Lana gave Chloe just a taste of the ISIS project & swore her to secrecy. She knew it would only be a temporary fix though, until Chloe's curiosity gets the best of her.
I'm not sure exactly how this is going to play out.

The ISIS foundation seems like a definite meteor-infected clinic to help them, BUT it's also Lana's secret lair for spying and taking down Lex.

People can't blame Lana about lying to Chloe about the clinic since Chloe lied to Lana about why SHE was in the clinic in the first place. Both are liars and keeping secrets..nice.

Chloe definitely went there for help and not for a "newspaper research". Lana revealed it to Chloe because she'll find out eventually. Lana can sense too that it's more than research. I bet the secretary has meteor power, too.

I think Lana is the one whose going to start an army and kicked the Luthors arse. Imagine all those meteor freaks going to Lana and her helping them. Their loyalty will be completely to HER!

Maybe Chloe and Lana will later become partners in the Isis Project. Two women who despise the Luthors.

It might be a real foundation, but it's just a cover to explain her investment of 10 million dollars. Lana's real passion right now is not helping meteor infected people. Her passion is to get personal revenge. Plain and simple.

Actually I think that Lana's passion IS helping the meteor-infected, BUT it is also getting revenge. It's both.

You should look up ISIS. She was a protector of the weak and poor.

I think the foundation is real, but as previously mentioned, Lana's focus is revenge, and Isis is being used as a cover-up.

That being said, I still don't understand why Lana wouldn't want Clark to know about Isis. I mean, he knows about the 10million dollars, and she told Clark that she wants to help the meteor infected...so what's the problem? Why can't Clark know about it?

My guess is that she doesn't want Clark to use his super vision to see through her bookshelf and see the contents of her hidden room...but could there be some other reason? I'd sure like to find out.
