I'm wondering if this newly emerging government threat doing research on both Kriptomutants and Aliens etc be #1 government nemesis in the DC comics universe known as CADMUS?

Well, in the SV mythos, Cadmus is owned by Luthorcorp. It was where Lex sent Dr. Hamilton after Nicodemus.

Well in the DCverse Luthorcorp is behind most of the technology and financing etc that is supplied to CADMUS in the first place so is not that far off from canon material anyway!
