Jimmy in "Lara"

Am I the only one who is a bet mad at the way that Jimmy was so thoroughly throwing Kara in Chloe's face?

Like when he said something along the lines of "She actually trusts me" to Chloe. She looked so genuinely hurt.

Mind you, I am still one of those who is waiting for Chlark to happen, but I just hate seeing our girl get hurt.

Honestly I am starting to think that it isn't an episode of Smallville without Chloe getting hurt... it's almost a common occurrence as Lex getting shot.

Chloe just have to move on again...But, it did seem that he didn't want to tell Chloe where he was going until he did and he did say "only for lunch" he was going with Kara. I felt sad for Chloe when she had that face good thing she did not see the kiss Kara planted on Jimmy.

Chloe isn't heartbroken over really losing Jimmy yeah it hurts but i THINK she's getting over it... since she was gonna do the friendship bit... I think what broke her heart was that it seems Jimmy is replacing her soo fast. It's sort of like Vortex all over again for her... she and Clark becomes Just friends and he returns to eye Lana.

yea that was funny,and chloe's look was priceless :lol: .She didnt seem hurt to me intil jimmy walked off at the end.When she was wit clark she seem focus as clark was,and at the end she jus seemed like she's tryin to atleast keep them as friends.But to see him movin on so quick must have hurt alil,but not much :p

Agreed,she seem happy to see him in a better mood and jus wanted to get them to bein friends.But when she saw him brushin her off for kara it hurt her sum,plus I think his "Its not like she's an alien" comment also effected her.

Chloe is obviously still hung up over Jimmy. And spoilers for future episodes says that she'll still be thinking about him and their relationship later on.

I thought Jimmy was great in this episode. He was following up on is work with Kara. Still hurt by his break up with Chloe. Jimmy and Kara's blossoming relationship is cute. I was happy to see Chloe concerned for Jimmy at the end. I found Chloe very funny with her warning and the way Jimmy took it. It was very similar to Kara's comment about Martians using infrared... and Jimmy is just merrily clueless.

I don't think Chloe was hurt as much as she is afraid for him. She drove him away from her so he wouldn't be hurt if she becomes a meteor freak psycho killer, and now she sees him falling into the same situation she had with Clark before she knew of his powers. She knows how dangerous that was, but she can't warn him. She can't reveal the truth about Kara, and any warning she tries to give will just be interpreted as jealousy.

Chloe was with Jimmy 5 months at the most, and they never looked right together. There was no passion, no chemistry between them. I never want to see them get back together. I just want them to be friends.
I think any relationship Chloe would attempt would be sorely overpowered by the relationship she's had with Clark for 6+ years.

I think this episode showed, that Jimmy didn't care for Chloe as much as others (including myself) thought. He got over Chloe very quickly. But then, Al did say that it'd be oh so hard for Jimmy to walk away from Kara,because she's so beautiful. I guess (according to Al) it was easy for Jimmy to walk away from Chloe, because she's ugly.

Nice way to treat an actress (Allison) that'll possibly be leaving after this season, Al.

Why shouldn't Chloe tell Jimmy about Kara? I know that Jimmy and Lois are the only virgins in regard to the 'Kent Family secret' but Clark told Lana, Pete and all those kids he rescued...

Chloe would be painted a villainess if she told Jimmy about Kara because her secret isn't out yet, but its only a matter of time. Heck, they told Pretty Pink Princess!
