I was reading the description of it (I won't spoil details), but it said that Kara 'recalls' being on Earth and 'seeing' her mother at the Kent farm...meaning the Kara of Krypton had to be her mother that night talking to Clark. Could that be the answer of 'Kara of Krypton' when Lara 'should' tell Clark about why she didn't say who she was?
