The plane effect was awesome and well done but the best scene in the whole episode was that of Krypton and the war.

I liked all the scenes in Krypton, the plane scene and the scene where Clark goes "Pulp Fiction"on Kara to bring her back to life.

The plane looked good but kara didnt seem to be very not blended well.

Clark restarting Kara's heart with a super-pounding

Flashback scenes, and props the the wardrobe or makeup or whatever department for making Kara look so much younger. Looked a bit like Hayden Panietierre there for a bit.

Eh, nothing seemed overly expensive looking other then the plane scene, so probably no more then any other "big" during-season episode.

Sod that, what about the fight over Kandor??!!

That was some pretty heavy stuff, the rest looked budgeted, even the 747, but the war scene was frikin awsome.

I thought the special effects were great!

but I am just wondering, when Kara first showed up at the mansion and stopped in the room ,did the color change for anyone else?(it was bright when she came in but when she stopped it got noticabley dark )

The flying scenes are so amazing on Smallville now. It shocks me how great they are. No wonder they win so many Special Effects awards.
