What I want to know is how Chloe got outscooped by the Ledger? She was there on the scene and no article? Grant was getting on Lois' case about that, but Chloe was there and she didn't write the article. That was really odd.

He was supposed to be Bruce Wayne. Adam, as in Adam West (played campy-Bat) and Knight, like the Dark Knight.
