I loved how the psycho guy protected Clark from Lex. I mean he may have been crazy but he was right not to tell Lex about him. I think he saw that he was a true Develicous.

I'm surprised he didn't try to beat it out of him, bc it looked clear to him that the guy was lying.

It was kinda nice to see the villan of the episode actually protect clark instead of blow his secret sky high. The guy maybe alittle crazy but he seems like some of his morals are intact.

And he didn't kill anyone either, though he tried. I think he realized that there is evil in the world and saw that in Lex and that will help him become normal again.

no matter what, the crazy dude wasn't telling lex. it would mess up clark's path to becoming a superhero .or something.

I totally agree. He might come back in future episodes, I gather.

Its my personal view that the villain of this show was actually the hero.

True, he was bent and tried to murder the actress and Lana and theres no excuse for that.

However, he was willing to make a great personal sacrifice to protect a hero from the being he saw as a villain. The Belle Reeve resident has more self restraint than Clark displayed in this episode.

Well they had to think of something else as they can't keep killing off the extras who find out about him.

I was actually waiting for him to meet and 'unfortunate' accident thus taking Clark's secret with him.

I was actually waiting for him to meet and 'unfortunate' accident thus taking Clark's secret with him. So was I, too bad they did not just have him die. The writers come up with some hilarious death scenes!! :D

Lex did not really have to press the "psycho" for an answer since he already knew the answer to the question before answering it. ;)

Of course the crazy fan didn't tell Lex, he thinks he's living in a comic book, and that Clark is the book's super hero. And like all super heroes, Clark needs to keep his secret identity. He was, yet again, trying to help Clark become a superhero. It certainly worked well for Clark, but it had nothing to do with the guy still having some of his morals right or anything like that, just another part of the hellucination.

About Lex, I don't think he would've tried anything in there. The security would've picked it up. Besides, he's a "good guy" now, after all...
