Yeah so there were two Clana sexual references that I just didn't need to hear LOL!!

At the beginning when she was like "I know a better way you could be burning those calories ;)"

and then when she was like "As long as he saves that script for later ;)" or something LOL!!

Well I wouldn't have minded but I'm not a clana fan. Although it was funny XD

Yeah I thought it was odd, she keeps talking about sex but yet they haven't kissed xD

I caught those, too. Kinda weird. They had so many opportunities to kiss in this epi and nothing, there is something going on. TPTB are doing this on purpouse. I think it is supposed to symbolicaly indicate that not everything is right with the Clana.

I don't think Clana will kiss until Wrath or after. Lana can tease Clark all she wants, but I don't think anything will happen until after Lana's secrets come out. They just sleep in the same bed.

The writers are just giving all you Clana haters something to talk about. Like I said you fuel the flame with all your talk. Everyone knows including the writers of Smallville that Lana is the hottest person on Smallville. She gets talked about the most, whether it is good talk or bad talk doesn't really matter to them. Lana has more fans then any other character.

I disagree. Lex is the hottest person on Smallville. Clark is pretty hot too.

I think we have a different perspective.

Don't be so sure that writers don't listen to fans even when they talk badly about a character. I've had some classes...and producers and writers look at popularity including how much the fans notice a character whether the talk is good or bad.

The reason they never kiss or talk about sex is that they can't have sex. Remember when Clark got his powers back after being Mortal? As soon as Lana got intimite, he backed away. Not for fear of the secret... but of hurting her. It's still the same. Sure, she knows the secret, but it still doesn't mean they can dance the horizontal tango.

Also Lana said she saw Clark sleeping. If you ladies out there were Lana, and knew the secret, and came home to an empty house with just you and CK... would you let him sleep peacefully?

It was Lana's way of being playful and flirting with Clark.

It was probably Lana's way of introducing the sex subject. I wouldn't be surprised if Clark is avoiding the subject, considering his fear of hurting her.

I honestly don't think Lana would be saying those things if they were actually having sex. I think the sex thing is still an issue. I hope they will resolve it, but I'm kind of glad that knowing Clark's secret doesn't just eliminate Clark's fear that he will hurt her. It seems to me that they're going to address it and I'm glad.

Jeez Louise TBTB+Al/Miles. We ask you for character development. Why can't Supes fly on his own? How come he can't be a 'character'? Or... A MAIN character? Why is he Lana's scrapegoat? :(

This felt a little like them saying: "We luv ya fans, but this is our show." And I get that... but :( our ideas are better :p

The comment about saving some of that script for later was NOT even directed at Clark.

It was for Christina Milan's ears. It was Lana's clever way of saying, "Get up off my man... beyotch!" ;)

I enjoyed the innuendo's....i think Sex is still an issue w them, and teasing is better then nothing at all!!

I have a feeling that after Wrath...this non kissy, non sexy thing will come to an end! thanks to Lana...we'll discover somethings! lol....at least i hope! :D Lana get urs!!!;)

I think those innuendos are typical Lana lines when Clark doesn't have sex with her. Same thing happened back in season 5.

I have been very disappointed there has been not one good clana kiss in 5 episodes, but those innuendos tonight totally made up for it for now!

Yeah, I thought they felt off as well. I mean, we haven't even seen Clark and Lana kiss once in five episodes. To be honest, I can handle Clana like this even though I know the "Under the Oak Tree" set is completely flustered by the utter paucity of any real passion between Clark and Lana.
