Did anyone find it hilarious when he opened up that cupboard, full of Warrior Angel comics?

And it's even funnier when the comics were placed on the bottom where the top was used to be the area where he stored Clark's blood sample. Lex's quite a funny guy there. LOL.

And he claimed he hadn't read a comic book in years. Ok, then why the hell were they in the cabinet to start with? LOL

He was obviously lying, he probably reads them every night before bed. I get this image of Lex in his PJs at night, all warm and cozy in his bed cuddling up with his comic books, a happy boyish look on his face

^^^ I could buy that imagery. Comic books would be the only shining light in Lex's life...it makes sense...:D

lol....and if you open some of the comic books I bet CK's face is taped to Warrior Angel's body lol.......
I did laugh when he opened the cabnet I mean.....it was just funny that they were in that cabnet and they were arranged like they were. Most comic people keep them in plastic covers in a box - Lex has a cabnet.... that folds out...... lol... of course I guess his are worth 'mad money' in their world.

Which is why the crazy kid almost had an orgasm in his cell when Lex brought him the collection...

It was where his safe was when Whitney had the wall-shifting tattoos. It was where he kept Clark's blood. It was the panic room when Sheriff Adams got killed. It was the safe where he kept the stones. Now I guess he remodeled it again for his comics collection.
I mean, I think it's cool when a castle has secret passageways and rooms, but this is ridiculous.

eheh lol it was funny but none of the comics look opened (they were all in their original wrapping) so (for our perception) Lex wasn't reading them but stored them or...maybe we are supposed to assume that since he know the movie was filming he put in his "quick launch taskbar!" lol :)

I always find it funny that what with the amount of comic book writing talent on the show (especially in the early days with Jeph Loeb and Mark Verheiden) all they came up with was Warrior Angel! The shots of the comic make it look, quite frankly, patchy and badly drawn. And as for the film version - how camp did the whole thing look? It reminded me of Linda Carter in Wonder Woman!
Still, I love the idea that Lex was holding out for a hero..........

I don't get how Lex instantly knew the Warrior angel reference, when he claims to not have read any comic books, since he was friends with Clark. Not to mention, which exact issue it was.
