So was the filming crew the real crew? Cuz I thought it was funny/ironic and stuff when tom and allison were watching their own show being filmed.

I would think so. It would have been a smart move and an easy way to film considering they wouldn't have to really worry to much about blocking because aside from the actors spots, the cameras and equipment didnt need to be hidden out of shots...less work, and also a cute way to give the great crew of smallville some deserved recognition and screen time
